I’m a PhD student at the University of Sheffield and the University of Leeds. I work in the field of tissue engineering, where I apply my physics knowledge to try to solve problems in medicine. I’ve always had a passion for science which I probably owe to watching too much Star Trek as a child.

About The Blog

A Superposition of Sciences is a blog about my experiences as a PhD student, my opinions on science culture and science in general along with a bit about my extracurricular activities.
This blog was created as part of the Ogden Trust Blogden program which aims to share the experiences of Ogden Trust Alumni with each other and the world. I've been involved with the Trust since 2007 thanks to their partnership with my 6th Form College. Since then I've been lucky enough to receive support from the trust through an Undergraduate Scholarship and a trip to CERN in 2010.
